Hi, I am Lisa, I've been a Spiritual Guide for 20 years and am a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher.  After struggling with life long depression, a chance visit to NYC salon changed everything.  While waiting for a friend to do a Reiki session, I found a brochure that mirrored my own story-childhood trauma, depression, and finally, healing through Reiki.  That moment sparked my healing journey toward lasting peace.  

At the Meditation Lounge, there is absolutely no judgment.  I've lived through many challenges and will listen to your story with an open, loving heart.  My mission is to  help you reduce anxiety, stress, and find inner peace through Reiki, Meditation, and Spiritual Guidance. In my Reiki meditation sessions, I use bells to raise your vibration, 432 Hz frequencies, and a tuning fork to deepen your experience.  When I place my hands on your head, loving, healing energy is magnified, leaving you calm, stress-free, and renewed.  Regular sessions can be a powerful step on your spiritual journey. Over time, meditation helps you become more present, more aligned, and more in tune with your true self.  

I also offer intuitive spirit guided readings, using my Rider Tarot deck (36 years) and Light Seer's Tarot deck (4 years) with accurate, empowering results.  I connect deeply with spirit guides to offer personalized insight and advice.  My goal is to be a warm, positive source of support, helping you live your best, most fulfilled life...
